This newsletter is sharing some wisdom from the universe, authentically about our own worthiness, and I have been really feeling this shift profoundly changing our world, which is exciting, and definitely part of our spiritual growth. I talk about worthiness, conditional love, unconditional love, trusting no matter what, and help from the universe. This direction is a high frequency that can be very felt in the heart as I also share some of my own healing journey that really benefited my heart.

We are always being directed.
This newsletter and divine direction, as I would love to describe it,is helping ourselves when needed. I share some profound past healing life experiences that I have gone through, that have shown me divine direction when I went through turmoil and endless suffering of pain. This is a huge benefit if you wish to continue reading, as my intention is to pour out white light throughout our universe to help others understand how unconditionally loved we are.
So I will start with loving our intentions.
LOVE THEM and allowing healing shifts and patterns to release without the knowledge, without the explanation, and without the risk of being unhappy. I call this conscious surrender, letting go, and letting the universe show you the way. It is the not knowing that puts us in position to receive worthiness from our hearts, without controlling or allowing force to make it happen.
Truth sees us as unconditional love. Unconditional love, benefits our hearts knowing no matter how much we feel we stray from our path, or need help there is always a higher solution for punishment, or creating a form of unworthiness, we are always being guided. We can shift our awareness that carries a frequency that calms the nervous system. In any case, we work with our world to see life as a benefit, not as a punishment. How can we do this?
For example, in my own life, learning unconditional love wasn’t easy for my soul to overtake a journey while processing suffering without knowing how to heal it. So my journey through all my own turmoil, I was unconditionally loved, which meant I was trying and forcing, not allowing, continuing to try to open doors that weren’t meant to be open, that still actually lead me through the right door. If I wasn’t as persistent, my nervous system could have been less likely to be exposed to such pain and suffering, but there was a reason that all of my persistence and controlling benefited me so I could see so clearly and receive the mercy that was given so unconditionally.
I yearned for love, so many past lives I have lived of feeling unloved and unsecure in my life, as it what was in my heart from within, that eventually I broke with healing so much pain and suffering within my heart, which that needed to heal. I have spent lifetimes forcing to try to heal this, so this lifetimes it made sense to me to see my life as fulfilling, playful, creating, worthy and free to be me without having expectations of what love I was worthy of.
If you know, any suffering or pain isn’t something to be shameful of. As being a Akashic Records Certified Practitioner I found peace with so many of my past lives, where I found worthiness as part of my manifesting to become loved, healed, happy, secure and wide open to the universe, because I know it benefits all hearts. I sing with joy for that freedom for our earth and it is so welcomed for all to receive.
This part of myself came so strongly to me that I was so convinced shame was part of healing my heart. So when it came time to heal this wound, I found myself so fearful I gave in to the help of the universe, and that is where I found so much mercy, grace and helping hands that served why I went through such horrible pain. So to see this at the bright side of life, my own heart was so worthy that all that pain inside of me no longer exists, even through all dimensions, and all existence.
It has been something that gave me a smile when I think how desperate I was for the light. When it came through, I knew it without a doubt, and through that, my own heart cleared a massive existence that no longer needs approval on this earth. Many lifetimes, I didn’t heal this wound, so in this lifetime, I made it very clear to the universe how I needed direction. It came with grace, mercy and such an unconditional loving feeling of knowing I am so loved, worthy and so supported on my path.
I was always directed, and through that was my mercy. It was the Ascended Master Mother Mary’s grace that I felt so deeply, she made it very clear to me how important I am to this world, just like you, no matter how hard we force, or control, or even just live, it all benefits.
I did everything correct to heal this, that was the unconditional loving and nurturing feeling of the divine mother with me. Others that may be more programmed still, or haven’t yet lifted that veil, may see this as betrayal, hurt, unworthiness or unloved. We cannot do it wrong. What makes sense is that when someone feels shamed for their differences, needs approval, or even is healing an addiction , none of this matters, what matters is how unconditionally loved our hearts are healing, and this is much needed.
It is without a doubt part of our healing journeys, and when we discover that, it is healed without any force, just unconditional love, as the soul is ready to be worthy of love instead of hate, or shame, or whatever it may be for that soul.
Without that healing for my heart, I wouldn’t be so excited to share with you that unconditional love is seeing through as strength, not shame on someone with any darkness, pain or sorrow. We all carry it in this lifetime, and it is without a doubt not to be ridiculed if someone doesn’t show mercy to someone, nor is it okay to be shamed for any difference on the spiritual path.
It definitely served my highest good, and without forcing what my conclusion would be, I broke my heart open to see my life fulfilled without punishment, and adding that suffering isn’t necessary when we open the door to create a vision, or manifest entirety, unless our hearts benefit from that pain inside. It is such a great reward that benefits freedom.
Worthiness is abundance, abundance is worth. Manifesting is a realm I love to call inconclusive, where part of our destiny unfolds with no force, just love, manifesting what we are called here to do, become, live, and create through it.
Universal statements to help shift our hearts this month through our throat chakra.
This divine direction is worthiness, calming our nervous system with incredible abilities to shift our own awareness about truth and worth towards healing our hearts for the benefit of all spiritual beings on this planet.
1. If I allowed worthiness into my life, I wouldn’t be stressed out. I would benefit and love what works for me now. If I allowed creativity into my life, I wouldn’t be stressed out nor need to be allowed to create into something I am not. If I allowed no force into my life, I wouldn’t be stressed out, instead I would live my life each day with wonder, love, acceptance and how this benefits me. This is not shameful, and no longer do I need to create a vision that disappoints me.
2. Allowing the universe to create with definition instead of unloved feelings. What this represents is freedom of what works best for each individual, instead of seeing someone not like you, or perhaps being with a vision that creates boundless opportunities to love, laugh, live and be free without loving a certain person, which is a reminder that can be unconditional love. This is why my heart needed to heal so deeply, so all my past lineages could no longer work as a benefit of unloved feelings. That is also why when we heal the darkness within ourselves, it brings huge benefits to all lives on earth. This existence isn’t normally welcomed by many, but between you and me, love is always our direction. The universe hears our prayers each day, so to remember that and be free with worthiness that loves you without any conditions.

A condition is: not being liked by others and shamed for being different.
Being with a partner that expects you to change for them.
Being complaisant without knowing how to handle a form, or being corrected all the time for your differences.
Being controlled by a belief system, where as living in the heart, isn’t shameful, because it is worth loving.
Loving our world with a condition isn’t worthiness, it’s not love, it’s shame, hurt, suffering, and consists in our world without being prepared to take action when our hearts cry out for help.
Conditions have a huge benefit to, as there is no shame on any individual who conditions another through the eyes of the divine. It is part of their programmed self, without knowing how to heal it. We all take this journey, and we start as a beautiful newborn that sees nothing wrong in our world, until conditions are learned through each generation. This is an amazing discovery to find in our hearts, and without it, it makes us aware of what needs repair or perhaps what works best for a certain individual. We are aware of what takes us there, how we deserve to be free from such pain, so we start to heal. Programming isn’t a must anymore on our planet, but it did serve at one point.
So unconditional love isn’t programming, nor does it involve hurting or harming someone. What it is, is direction from the universe to help us in need, and to elevate our suffering, and once that is healed, it benefits all spiritual beings.
Unconditional love is: No matter what works for one soul, it is their destiny, even if it seems like they aren’t on a spiritual journey. They are unconditionally loved, even if their judgement or aggressiveness is brutal. It doesn’t mean your journey is involved or concluded with such pain, just to note their path is evolving as their divine journey on this earth, to heal what it is they are here to heal.
Unconditional love is no matter how unexplainable a soul may be to another, their parting or unloved feelings are meant to be felt, nor is their shame on this, as unconditional love works in the heart to heal this sorrow, which puts the soul into freedom mode. It is that unconditional love that creates joy, instead of pain or suffering.
Trusting your divine path takes you on the journey to discover what it is to heal such pain, and work with your Angels, Masters and Guides to help you form a non-punishment way of being, which is called unconditional love. It is also part of loving ourselves without any sort of judgement towards ourselves or others. There are many light workers that can benefit as they are lifted through lifetimes and are working to release many vows, past lives and old history, ancestral lineages that once took them on a path of unforgiveness. Now, we are the light for our world, and yes indeed, you are one of them who makes this world smile with devotion, reverence and more peace. I have so much gratitude for you.
